The HeroW H430 is the next logical step to follow on from its earlier successful introduction, particularly with regard to market gardeners and arable farmers who set higher standards for capacity, handling, comfort and tyre configuration. Moreover, the HeroW H430 complies with the latest standards for exhaust emissions.

The HeroW H430 can be supplied in two axle widths of 1,500 and 1,800 mm, which can be adjusted hydraulically as standard to 1,800 or 2,250 mm.

AutoSection Control

AutoSectionControl (ASC) is a fully automatic system that opens and closes booms sections as necessary. ASC manages the sections when driving over sprayed area like into a headland or wedge or around  obstacles like trees etc.

ASC is a small module connected to the HC 6500 and to a GPS receiver. When spraying, the ASC automatically records the area sprayed. In a typical situation where the headland is sprayed first, ASC will now automatically close the sections if the operator passes over a sprayed area.

PrimeFlow is a pressure based system for circulation of liquid to the nozzles before the actual spraying starts. It prevents sedimentation and permits flushing the boom lines without spraying onto the ground.

The conventional control unit is not utilised. Electric stepper motors replace the spring-loaded non-drip valves at each nozzle and become the nozzle control unit. A junction node controls up to three nozzle bodies.

Homburg Holland specializes in precision farming. All its machines are designed to minimize the impact on the soil and the environment.
Keeping the use of sprays to a minimum and reducing the carbon footprint contribute to optimal results.
